Open and Distance Education through Mobile Internet: A Learning Model

“The past few years have produced an explosion of electronic information resources available to students, teachers, library patrons, and anyone with a computer. Millions of pages of graphics and text-based information can be accessed directly on-line through hundreds of public, private, and commercial networks, including the biggest network of all: the Internet. In this paper we propose a learning model for open and distance education through wireless mobile internet.”
