Learning Theory the Quick Tour

the author

In my introductory instructional design courses I often have a mix of students — K-12 educators, corporate trainers, and technical writers. This mix often creates an uneven playing field when it comes to understanding learning theory, and how it impacts the design and development of instructional materials. In an effort to level the playing field I created a short concept module that students are encouraged to review at the beginning of the term to formulate questions, and throughout the term as a reference when making design designs.

Since the learning theory concept tutor was so well received by the students I thought that I would post it to the blog for others to use.
